  • Parenting support courses The Incredible Years’ for all ages can be booked for free. These are well established popular courses equipping you to cope with different issues in different age groups.

  • Outlook SouthWest offer counselling for over 16 year old’s in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly 

  • Hear Our Voice Self refer for one to one support and group work from age 11-19 years: 

  • Zebs. Drop in youth club in Truro with a cafe, recording studio, and lots of activities with a youth work team on hand to chat with. 

  • Mind your way Great website for young people with videos, blogs, information and local resources.

  • Brook offer counselling on any topic, not just relationships and sexual health. Free and available to any young person under 25yrs. Available in Poole, Truro  and Newquay

  • The Dreadnought Centre in Redruth offers one-to-one and group counselling for young people in Poole and Redruth and has a parent and carers group. Self referral form is on their website. They also run specialist groups for young people aged -18 years with autistic spectrum disorder called Aspire which run in various locations through out the country.

  • The Wave is an award winning charity that run surfing therapy and beach school projects for young people  in North and South Devon, Cornwall and further afield.

  • Pentreath Free Support for young people from age 14 years who are not in education or employment  and who are struggling with mental health problems. From helping you get back into school, study or employment to one-to-one support, just refer on their online referral form
